Crucible is a volunteer-based, community-led church. The church has always been fuelled by a generous, growing team of amazing volunteers who make church happen on any given Sunday. We believe that every Christ-follower has something unique and valuable to offer. We offer a variety of ministries designed to help you grow in your faith and explore new possibilities.   • Welcome & Hospitality

    Our hope and desire is to create a welcoming, and warm space that helps people connect more deeply with the life and ministry of the church. That people can connect with one another, and feel like they're home.


    If you are interested in taking next steps, we are looking for: 

    • Welcome & Hospitality Lead 
    • Ushers
    • Refreshment Host
    • Parking Lot Attendant

  • Audio | Visuals | Sound

    Our hope and desire is to create quality audio, visuals and sound, so that they draw people closer to God and to one another. 


    If you are interested in taking next steps, we are looking for: 

    • Visuals Lead 
    • Videography Lead 
    • Sound Lead 
    • Photography 

  • Kids Church

    Our hope and desire for our kids is that they have a safe place to play, grow in their relationship with God, and build relationships and friendship with other kids. 


    A Criminal Record Check is required and mandatory for all who serve in Kids Church.

    • Infants 
    • Pre-School

  • Prayer Team

    Our hope and desire is to create a safe space for people to come and pray for each other, but also intercede on behalf of one another, the church, its needs, and the needs of our neighbourhood and city.

     

    If you are interested in taking next steps and serving, we are looking for:

    • Prayer Intercessors. People who are willing to pray and intercede on behalf of others at our Prayer Ministries, but also to be praying and remembering people regularly. 

  • Music Team

    Our hope and desire for our worship ministry is to create a safe and intimate space for all to encounter the true and living God. 


    If you are interested in taking next steps, we are looking for: 

    • Vocalists

  • Small Group

    Our hope for our small group ministries is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all to grow in their faith, to find relational and communal connection, and to serve together.

    • Small Group Facilitators 
    • Small Group Leaders 

  • Set Up Crew

    Our hope for our set up team is to be able to create a physical space that is warm and welcoming for all. 


    If you are interested in taking next steps, we are looking for: 


    • People to serve to set up the worship room before service begins.
    • People to serve set up the Kids Church room.
    • People to serve set up a hospitality space where people can get snacks, coffee and tea before service.

Crucible Church meets every Sunday at City Centre Community Centre (3rd Floor at 5900 Minoru Blvd, Richmond, BC).
